Case Study: Flying Nun 40th Birthday T-shirts
The Project:
Legendary record label Flying Nun contacted us to create screen printed t-shirt to celebrate their 40th Birthday. The artwork on these t-shirts is by Valentin Coquillat. The artwork would be screen printed on t-shirts & hoodies. We were also tasked with recreating Flying Nun's infamous socks in a Merino wool.
The Solution:
We used AS Colour Carolina blue & natural Staple T-shirt & AS Colour Stencil Hoodies in coal & petrol blue to complement the colours in the artwork, we screen printed the artwork onto the fronts of t-shirts & hoodies using our environmentally-friendly water-based inks. The final result is a stunning 5-colour screen print that is available to purchase at Flying Nun's online store & physical store.
