The Essentials: The Foundation of Retail-Ready Products

The fundamental elements needed to ensure your products are retail-ready, offering a polished, professional appearance at an accessible price point.

1. Relabelling with printed tags: This is where we remove the garment manufacturer's label and add a custom screen print in its place. The print includes your brand name/logo, the garment size, care/wash instructions and where the garment is made. We can screen print the neck tags in one colour with a maximum print area of 80mm wide x 100mm high. The minimum order quantity for screen-printed neck tags is 50 units; within these 50, you'll get a range of sizes to make up your order.

Lead time - + 1 week to your standard lead time of 10-15 days

Enhanced Branding: Elevate Your Brand’s Presence

Build on the essentials by adding additional branding elements that create a stronger customer connection.

1. Relabelling with Branded Neck Tags and Pips: We offer three types of labels to suit your branding needs: woven labels, raw cotton canvas labels, and polyester labels. Each type has a minimum order of 100 units, but we recommend ordering 250+ units for better cost efficiency. Having surplus labels on hand also speeds up the reordering process for future production runs.

Upgrading to branded neck tags provides a more premium look and feel for your garments. These tags can be fully customised to include your brand’s logo, size information, and care instructions. We can produce branded labels for a wide range of products, including t-shirts, sweaters, pants, jackets, caps, beanies, and bags. The labels can be up to 100mm x 100mm in size, with designs incorporating up to 12 colours.

To legally sell garments, the care instructions and country of manufacture must be clearly labelled on the garment. We can remove the original manufacturer’s logo and sew your custom tag over top of the care tag to give your garments the appearance that they have been fully custom-made for you. You can sew the original manufacturer’s care tags into the neck or side seam or create your own custom care label. This ensures your products are compliant and professionally finished.

In addition to neck tags, we also offer pips — small woven labels that can be sewn onto various parts of the garment, such as the sleeve, bottom hem, or the edge of a beanie. Pips are an excellent way to brand your products, adding a discreet but distinctive touch while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Again, these can be woven, raw cotton canvas or polyester.

Lead time - 4-6 weeks to get the labels. Add 1 week to sew the labels to the garments.

2. Custom Hang Tags: Create fully customised hang tags that elevate your brand’s presentation. Choose from a range of card stock options, including matte, glossy, lightweight, heavy-duty, or eco-friendly recyclable card. Add QR codes, social media handles, or a brief brand story to connect with your customers. These tags are designed to convey your brand’s message effectively while adding a professional touch to your products.

Lead time - 4-6 weeks.  Add 1 week to attach to all garments.

3. Packaging: Your products can be individually folded and packaged in poly bags. However, we don’t think this is completely necessary as it isn't the most eco-friendly option. So, for those looking to reduce environmental impact, we offer compostable poly bags as an alternative. 

Custom socks aren't complete without a custom wrap. Our custom sock wraps can be designed to your needs, allowing the socks to stay in pairs and hang or sit on retail shelves.

Lead time - 2-4 weeks

4. Marketing Material: Enhance your unboxing experience by including additional marketing materials. We can include branded postcards to communicate your brand’s message, offer discounts, or simply thank your customers. Branded stickers can also be included, providing a fun, interactive element that your customers will love.
