What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies depending on your chosen gift box, but most boxes have an MOQ of 25 boxes.

What products can I custom brand?

We have listed the products that can be branded in each gift box.

Can I change or add items in the box?

In most cases, products can be changed. Please let us know in the notes section of the quote form what product you would like to add or change.

How can you shorten lead times?

Lead times vary for each box, but if you let us know the box you would like & when you need it delivered, we can advise suitable products to ensure we meet your deadline.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. We have two shipping options. We can ship all of the boxes in bulk to one address for you to distribute, or we can ship straight to your recipient's address.

When is the cut-off date for ordering to ensure the boxes arrive before Christmas?

Gift boxes must be confirmed and approved by the end of November so we can have them delivered by Christmas.
