Pre-ordering products is a very sustainable way of order merchandise.
The product(s) are available for a period of time for customers to purchase. Then the store is closed and we order, print & dispatch all of orders. Please refer to the ordering and dispatch dates in the product description.
This means organisations do not have to bulk order stock & do not run the risk of having stock left over, which also creates less wasted product as every garment has a home!
All of our shipping options are tracked parcels and your tracking details are emailed as soon as your order leaves us.
In certain countries our product may be subject to customs and/or duty fees. Print Room is not liable for paying these charges, the recipient is to pay these charges if there are any.
Due to this being a pre-ordered product we do not accept returns as we order and print the exact number of garments ordered and cannot exchange it for another size. Please ensure you have checked our size guide prior to ordering to ensure it is going to be the right fit for you.
The only time we will accept returns is if the garment arrives damaged or defected, in which case we will reprint the garment if economically possible, otherwise will we issue a full refund.
