As long as you want! The minimum amount of time the web-store can be open for is until the lockdown period is lifted and then we can get your orders into production and dispatch them. We wouldn't recommend leaving your store open for too long after the lockdown period as customers will be eager to receive their items that they have been waiting patiently for.

The nationwide shipping cost is $5.00 (including GST) per order and there is a $2.50 (including GST) fee that covers the the time to pick and package the order and prepare it for shipping. The shipping price to Australia is $17.50 including GST per order. As soon as the order leaves The Print Room, the customer will receive an email notification that will include the tracking details for their order. It is up to you whether you add the shipping and handling onto the recommended retail price or whether you pass this on to the customer. We suggest you pass it on to the customer.

We can send tracked parcels to New Zealand and Australia. The cost to send to New Zealand is $5.00 (including GST0 and to Australia is $17.50 (including GST0. There is also a handling fee of $2.50 (including GST), this is to cover the time to pick and pack the order to prepare it for shipping.

Yes, of course. You can set up the product / products on your website for pre-ordering and capture the payment and shipping details. If you do decide to do this, we would require you to send through the total orders and sizes when the pre-ordering has finished. Once the garments have been produced we would send the order back to you and bulk so that you can send these out. It is up to you how much shipping you add to these products, we would only charge you a $30.00 (including GST) shipping cost per box to send the final order to you. We can fit 70 t-shirts or 50 totes or 100 caps in a box when sending them in bulk.

This will depend slightly on how successful this campaign is and how many units in total are ordered but we would expect to have all orders produced, packaged and shipping within 10 - 15 works day of the lockdown being lifted or from when the web-store has been closed.

Yes, there is no limit on how many products you can sell for pre-ordering. The one thing to remember is that each product has an MOQ (minimum order quantity) so you want to ensure you meet those minimums of each product so that there are enough orders to go to production.

This depends on whether this is for a screen print product or an embroidery product. When setting files up for screen print we require vector files or rasterised artwork that has been prepared correctly. For embroidery, you can supply any files, from a JPEG to a screen shot as when we digitise the file we technically redraw it.
