Plastisol inks are versatile, cost effective, are great for colour matching and long lasting vibrant colours. Plastisol inks are best for printing on dark coloured t-shirt or for screen printing artwork with gradients or halftones.
Water base ink screen prints are super soft to touch. They are eco-friendly because water base inks contain no plastics or resins, the dyes seep into the fabric rather than sitting on top like plastisol inks to create a beautiful vintage feel t-shirt. Water base inks prints are less common - if you want to create something special with your custom screen printed t-shirts or are creating a retail product we would suggest considering them.
