All of our shipping options are tracked parcels and your tracking details are emailed as soon as your order leaves us.

In certain countries our product may be subject to customs and/or duty fees. Print Room is not liable for paying these charges, the recipient is to pay these charges if there are any.

Approximate transit times from when your order leaves us:
NZ Standard: 1 - 2 working days
NZ Rural: 3 - 4 working days
International standard: 10 - 15 working days
Express International: 4 - 6 working days
