    • The MOQ for our custom made caps is 50 units, this is per cap style/colour etc.

    • Yes, we can offer a sample as part of the production process. Allow 4 weeks for a sample to arrive. We require the bulk order deposit to be paid prior to the pre-production sample being made.

    • Yes, we sure do. Get in touch with us and we can send through our design templates that you can drop your artwork straight into.

    • The smallest we recommend embroidering text is 4mm high, any smaller than this then the text becomes hard to read.

    • The MOQ applies per design/colour. We can do multiple designs/colours, but each of these would need to meet the MOQ of 50 units each.

    • Your account manager can recommend the best decoration methods for your artwork once we have seen it and let you know what is possible.

    • Yes, the MOQ for re-orders is 50 units.

      We have some standard sizes that you can use for your bag design, but we can make anything to your specification. So get creative!
