Whether it’s a specific Pantone shade, a custom fabric blend, or premium finishing touches like branded labels, we make it happen. The result? Ethical, sustainable, and fully customised merch that people will actually use and value.
We begin with a collaborative design phase. Our creative team works with you on mood boards and digital mockups, Pantone-matching colors to nail your brand’s look.
You’ll choose preferred fabrics and materials (including organic or recycled options) and refine the design details.
Once you’re happy with the visuals and specifications, we finalize the order details (sizes, quantities, custom features) to kick off production.
Next, we produce a physical sample of your product. This sample is shipped to you for review, allowing you to see and feel the quality firsthand.
Try it out, gather feedback, and let us know if any tweaks are needed. We’re happy to make revisions at this stage – our goal is to ensure the item is perfect and meets your expectations before we move into full production.
With your approval on the sample, we proceed to bulk manufacturing at our trusted offshore facilities. Your product is crafted with care and consistency, exactly matching the approved sample.
We keep you informed with clear timeline estimates. Depending on your needs and the product, we can ship the bulk order via air freight (around 4–6 weeks for faster delivery) or sea freight (around 12–14 weeks for larger shipments) – you choose the option that balances speed and cost.
Throughout production and shipping, we maintain transparency so you know when to expect your merch.
Finally, we handle all logistics and delivery to get your merch in your hands (or wherever it needs to go).
We can arrange international shipping and even split shipments if you need products delivered to multiple locations. Print Room also offers integration with our myPR ordering system – a private online storefront for your brand. This means once your merch is ready, your team or stores can easily order and replenish stock through myPR, and we’ll manage the packing, shipping, and fulfilment seamlessly.
