OUR SEAS ARE OUR SURVIVAL - SEAWEEK T SHIRT

This one-of-a-kind t-shirt was designed to highlight New Zealand's unique marine species, their importance in the ecosystem and the integral role of the ocean in all our lives. Each of the featured sea creatures, illustrated by Giselle Clarkson, has a special story; some have incredible conservation success, but others are in decline. This year’s Seaweek campaign celebrates them and serves as a call to action to look after our marine environment.

Each year, Seaweek collaborates with a range of groups across New Zealand to organise opportunities for all to immerse themselves in the marine environment and learn about the ocean. We aim to inspire people to engage with nature, explore the ocean and develop a deep sense of connection to it.

By purchasing this t-shirt, you are raising awareness and spreading an important message - our seas are our survival.  If we sell enough t-shirts to make a profit on sales, this will be used to continue Seaweek’s work across Aotearoa New Zealand.
